ISA State Conference

Around 12 anaesthetists from Rourkela were keen to hold the 36th State Conference of ISA, Orissa and the State Executive readily agreed to their proposal. The blog gives mostly a sketchy graphic account of preparation and possibly the future execution on 9th and 10th September 2006.
